I have 4+ years of training experience during which I have had the chance to learn from some of the best in the industry. I have worked with clients ranging from folks with severe/chronic injuries to high performing athletes. The underlying prevalent message from clients is that people want to become more physically capable, durable and independent.

 

My introduction to working out was from my father who was an internationally ranked powerlifter. He taught me that consistency and persistence were the keys to learning, building muscle/strength and accomplishing your goals. Throughout my years of playing sports, working in clinic’s and training folks in the gym, I realized that teaching and watching what clients are capable of is the true beauty of health and wellness. Seeing the determination and growth embodied in these transformations is the reason why I became a trainer.
